Ohio United Way
Announces
Grantsmanship Training Program
Ohio United Way is sponsoring a Grantsmanship Training Program, to be presented by The Grantsmanship Center, Inc. (TGCI), October 15-19, 2001, at the Ohio United Way Offices, 88 E. Broad Street, Suite 620, Columbus.
The intensive, five-day training workshop will provide valuable training for both fresh and seasoned grant writers. Packed with personalized instruction and practical experience, participants will be guided through the most widely recognized proposal writing format in the world. All TGCI graduates will have access to free follow-up support, including proposal review/critique and on-line services.
The Grantsmanship Center is the world’s oldest and largest grantsmanship training organization for nonprofit organizations. Founded in 1972, TGCI has trained more than 65,000 staff members of public and private agencies from all areas of human services. “An evaluation completed by 892 Grantsmanship Training Program graduates found that an average of $177,000 per person in new grants and contracts was attributed to the training.”
To maximize personal attention, registration is limited to 26 individuals. Tuition for the Grantsmanship Training Program is $675.00 per person. For more than one staff person from the same organization, registration is $625.00 per person. The return on investment more than pays for itself!
