This year’s conference theme!!
Are We There Yet? Journeys & Destinations.
In ’04, Brian Gallagher himself praised Crossroads for having the most community-impact-aligned regional conference of the year! This year will be no exception. We have loads of sessions from Introduction to Impact, Advanced Impact Cross-Functional Staff Intensive, sessions on Partnerships and Great Initiatives, to Collaboration, Investor Development, Cultural Competency, Agency Funding, Agency as Partners, Public Policy, and Outcomes.
We included all the skill sets that make impact work more effective such as Change Management, Project Management, and Marketing Impact, and Consensus Building.
We have several well-supported tracks including Finance/Accountability/Ethics, Resource Development, and Leadership such as Courageous Leadership/ Transformation.
Crossroads is always on the cutting edge, yet covers key basics. Join us for UWA Membership Standards as well as UWA Standards of Excellence – hot off the press.
Look for 5 (!) more sessions than ’04 including 3 General Session Speakers, 31 breakout sessions, 10 full- or half-day intensive sessions, and a Newcomers and General Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening.
